NYC, Chicagee and beyond...

"Pardon me, do you have any grey poupon?" Yes, I do! (Thanks to Wayne's World).

Turn your head again and you'll see it's the buildings (known as the "corn cobs") from Wilco's "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot" album cover. Just do it, I can't be bothered editing the image.

This is apprently a rarity for the Cubs, either in Chicago or away. But at least I can say I saw them win (long suffering Hawthorn fans will understand what I mean).

Some sorta high-falutin' art from NYC's Metropolitan Museum of Art. I still don't get it.

We were lucky to go to tapings of both "The Daily Show" and "The Colbert Report". The stretch humvee limo was apparently not Stephen Colbert's response to climate change but the "vehicle de plume" of the New York Jets coaching staff. Losers.

Rock afficionados will tell that this is the building from the cover of Led Zeppelin's "Physical Graffiti" album. Others may not.

Geordie, did you bump into Abe Froman, the 'Sausage King of Chicago'?

Geordie - now that you have a blog and a myspace profile, does this mean that reality bites?
